As you walk through the festival area, the mouthwatering scents of Latin American inspired cuisine will fill the air. In between the eats, you can enjoy a premium tequila tasting flights, margaritas, ice cold cocktails and local craft, and imported Mexican style Lagers.
- Mini Taco Nachos: Mini, fried chicken tacos served with queso sauce, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream
- Street Tacos: Featuring a choice of steak, cilantro lime marinated shrimp, or grilled
chicken plus toppings of Pico de Gallo, chili crema sauce, and crumbled queso
- Nachurros: Fried tortillas tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with chocolate, caramel and whipped cream
- Mexican Street Corn: Fire roasted, jalapeno sweet corn, cooked down with a chipotle lime sauce and finished with crumbled queso.
- Caramel Apple Fried Cheesecake - Sweet apples, caramel graham cracker, and cheesecake fried and coated in cinnamon sugar.

Visit the Fiesta Stage to enjoy the musical sounds of Mariachi Búhos de Oro, a group of classically trained musicians keeping the rich culture of Mexico alive through music. Take part in the celebration and move to the music with street performances by folkloric and Aztec dancers.
