OKTOBERFEST FOOD FESTIVAL MENU

Bavarian Bites

• Bratwurst: Bratwurst simmered in beer, grilled, and topped with with caramelized onion, sauerkraut and brewhouse mustard, served on a potato bun.
• Kielbasa: Flame grilled kielbasa on a stick, served with mustard and a side of sauerkraut. 
• Flammkuchan (German Flatbread): Grilled flat bread with white garlic cream sauce, mozzarella, caramelized onion, and bacon. Vegetarian version available upon request.
• Honey Mustard Chicken Skewer: Grilled chicken thigh skewers glazed with honeycomb mustard glaze and served with a side of Rotkohl. 
• Rotkohl (German Red Cabbage): Braised red cabbage with onion and apple.
• Caramel Apple Bar: Granny Smith apple chunks and custard in granola'd shortbread, drizzled with a sweet caramel sauce. 

Munich Munchies

• Käsespätzle: Spaetzel (egg noodles) served with beer cheese and crispy onion.
• Potato Cakes: Fried potato cakes served with your choice of applesauce or sour cream. 
• Pierogis: Fried potato cheddar pierogis served with sour cream.
• German Potato Salad: Traditional German potato salad.
• German Chocolate Cake: Traditional German chocolate cake with rich layers of chocolate cake topped with coconut-pecan icing. 

Pretzelhaus Delights

• Sausage & Cheddar Stuffed Pretzel: A pretzel stuffed with smoked sausage and cheddar, served with a brew pub mustard dipping sauce.
• Spinach & Feta Stuffed Pretzel: A pretzel stuffed with spinach and feta, served with garlic parmesan dipping sauce. 
• Bavarian Pretzel Bites: Bavarian pretzel bites served with beer cheese and brewhouse mustard. 
• Spicy Chicken Schnitzel Sandwich: A spicy breaded chicken filet, served on a pretzel bun with zesty buttermilk ranch, Havarti cheese, and pickle slices.
• German Pot Roast Pretzel Sandwich: Savory pot roast served on a pretzel bun with hot bacon dressing, garlic aioli, Havarti cheese, and crispy onions. 
• Apple Strudel Stick: Flakey pastry stuffed with sweet apples.

It is a typical beer garden beer and the perfect mix of bitter and sweet. Samuel Adam's Oktoberfest Samuel Adams’ rich, roasty Märzen is a pröst to fall. Its deep amber color, mild pleasant sweetness, and light hop character is a hearty (but not heavy) signal to make the most of the crisper days ahead. Atlanta Hard Cider Crisp Apple Slightly sweet and crisp with a smooth, refreshing finish. Crafted in a traditional European style using 100% whole apples, this easy drinking all natural cider is like biting into the perfect juicy red apple. Pumpkin Style Beer A seasonal beer flavored with an autumn favorite: pumpkin! Pumpkin Cider A seasonal blend of pumpkin and apples, creating a delicious and inviting fall cider. Jägermeister Mulled Wine (Cocktail) An ice cold shot of Jägermeister, an authentic German herbal liqueur blended with 56 botanicals, and a fruity mulled wine. 

Apfelschorle (Apple Vodka Cocktail) A mixture of refreshing apple juice spritzer and vodka.
