Savor the flavors of the summer with five Summer Nights Spectacular food and beverage booths, located in Metropolis.
The Grill
- Chipotle BBQ Smoked Bacon Wrapped Pork Kabobs: Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin on a stick, smoked in a chipotle BBQ rub.
- Beef Sliders: Two all beef sliders with gouda cheese, bacon onion marmalade, and crispy onion.
- Southern Slaw Dog: All beef hot dog with yellow mustard, chili, and coleslaw on a soft potato bun.
- Chili Cheese Dog: All beef hot dog with chili and shredded cheese on a soft potato bun.
- Super Chicago Dog: All beef hot dog with pried pickle, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, and Texas petal sauce on a poppy seed bun.
